"Bill Wong spoiled me for working with any other contractors.
First, he refused to schedule me before he could truly fit me in. I thought that showed integrity.
Then, he *showed up* on the day he had scheduled, EARLY. He even brought an extra crew that he had available.
They finished EARLY, too. The roof has held these past 14 years just fine. And it is beautiful! He had gently steered me away from the green I thought I had wanted (it was green like a putting green--bleah!) toward "Weathered Wood," which is a lovely variegated brown/grey.
I'd recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. " -Jan v.
"I use building trade contractors for my own line of work so I have experienced the good and not good. We hired Bill to do the roof on our private residence. They finished the job on time, in budget, cleaned up daily, and communicated frequently and clearly while everything was in progress. He is not the lowest cost roofing contractor but you get what you pay for -- he and his crew are very experienced, have been in business for years, and his crew is skilled and fast -- they did an excellent job. I figured it was better to pay a little more for the peace of mind, quality of work, and ease of communication. " -David S.

The first time Bill had to repair a portion of shingling in a valley of the roof that was not properly done by a different roofer. He fixed the issue, he clearly knows what it takes.
